The Colli Euganei DOCG Sweet Sparkling Wine from Fasolo winery is a delightful expression of the volcanic terrain of the Colli Euganei, an area renowned for its superior-quality wines. This sweet sparkling wine is produced exclusively with selected grapes, hand-picked at the optimal phase of their ripeness, to ensure a perfect balance between acidity and sugars.

The winemaking process follows the long Charmat method, which involves a second fermentation in a pressure tank to preserve the grape's natural aromas and achieve greater aromatic complexity. The result is a sparkling wine with a bright straw-yellow color and golden reflections, heralding its richness.

On the nose, the Colli Euganei DOCG Sweet Sparkling Wine from Fasolo opens with an intense and enveloping bouquet, where notes of ripe fruit such as peach and apricot stand out, enriched by floral nuances of wisteria and rose. On the palate, it is seductive and well-balanced: the grape's natural sweetness is perfectly offset by a fresh acidity, prolonging the tasting pleasure.

The fine and persistent bubbles caress the palate, making this sparkling wine an ideal choice to accompany fruit desserts or fine pastries, but also as an aperitif or for special toasts. Its elegance and sweetness make it a versatile wine, appreciated by a broad audience.

Perfect to be served chilled, this Colli Euganei DOCG Sweet Sparkling Wine represents a true gem for lovers of sweet and aromatic wines, offering a rich and memorable sensory experience.
