In the glass, it presents a bright color, which anticipates a fragrant bouquet where floral notes and white-fleshed fruit emerge, with light mineral nuances that recall the presence of the terroir. On the palate, it is harmonious, with a pleasant sapidity and a balance between acidity and softness, ideal to accompany fish dishes, shellfish, or delicate appetizers.
