Elegance meets tradition in the Carmenere Colli Euganei DOC produced by Fasolo winery. This red wine is cultivated in the picturesque volcanic hills of the Colli Euganei, a unique terroir that imparts distinctive characteristics to the wine.

Carmenere, a grape variety with ancient origins but particularly valued in the Veneto region, fully expresses its identity here. Fasolo winery, known for its passion and respect for winemaking tradition, presents a wine with an intense, almost ruby red color, which foreshadows a complex and enveloping olfactory structure.

On the nose, the Carmenere Colli Euganei DOC reveals spicy notes of black pepper and cloves, which harmoniously interweave with hints of ripe forest fruits, such as blueberries and blackberries, and vegetal touches reminiscent of green pepper. This complex aromatic range is the result of meticulous vineyard care and winemaking that respects the rhythms of nature.

On the palate, the wine is robust and well-balanced. The acidity is well offset by the soft yet persistent tannins, leading to a long and pleasantly aromatic finish. The ideal pairing is with red meats, game dishes, or aged cheeses, which enhance its richness and depth of flavor.

Perfect for an elegant dinner or as a gift for lovers of characterful Italian wines, the Carmenere Colli Euganei DOC from Fasolo winery represents a superior quality choice, narrating with every sip the story of a rich and passionate land.
