Tenuta La Ratta adopts production techniques aimed at enhancing and enhancing the aromas and flavors of its wines. In the vineyards, he has initiated a reduction in the quantities produced, with short pruning, thinning out and a strictly hand-picked harvest in small crates. 

It pours into the glass with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose it gives a fresh and floral scent, which intersects with a distinctly citrus and fruity aroma among which notes of grapefruit and pineapple emerge.

A dry wine tantalizing on the palate, with a soft body and a sparkling flavor and a very pleasant bitter return to the sip. Its qualities stand out in combination with light first courses and fish-based dishes.

Winery history
Founded as a small farming enterprise and developed from the early 1980s, the estate has grown through the expansion of its vineyards and a gradual technological renewal of the cellar. Family management has evolved over time with the arrival of the next generation, which brought winemaking innovation and promoted agritourism hospitality.
Production philosophy
An oenological approach focused on enhancing native grape varieties is practiced, aiming to highlight varietal characteristics through modern winemaking techniques and controlled cellar maturation; alongside wine production, hospitality services and activities to promote the local area are offered.
