In the early 1970s Giuliano Bortolomiol produced the company's first sparkling Rosé. Today the company tradition continues thanks to his four daughters Maria, Elena, Elvira and Giuliana, dedicating the "Filanda" Rosè to all the workers of the Valdobbiadene spinning mills who have contributed to the development of the area.
A Spumante Brut Martinotti Method with an exuberant and very drinkable temperament, with the vintage that brings all the characteristics of the vintage spent in the vineyard into the bottle, managing to touch perfection.
In the glass it shows a delicate cherry pink hue, with soft coppery reflections; the intense perlage rises thin. The nose is pervaded by floral aromas, accompanied by intense fruity hints of raspberry, pink grapefruit and wild strawberries. The taste is decidedly lively and fresh, a structured sip with a persistent finish.
Perfect throughout the meal, it goes perfectly with fish-based first and second courses; to try absolutely with soups such as onion and cheese, equally excellent with shrimp and zucchini tempura.
