The Teroldego Granato IGT from Foradori winery is an unmistakably noble and complex red wine. Produced in Trentino-Alto Adige, this label exemplifies the excellence of the Teroldego grape, cultivated with dedication and respect for natural rhythms in the heart of the Dolomites.
The winemaking process is carried out with great care, and the manually selected clusters undergo spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, a method that enhances the authentic character of the terroir. The wine then matures in large wooden barrels for about 15 months, gaining balance and harmony.
Visually, it presents a deep, vibrant ruby color. On the nose, the Teroldego Granato IGT expresses a rich bouquet, where intertwined notes of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, and a light touch of vanilla.
