The Charme Bianco by Firriato is a wine that captures the essence of Sicily with refined elegance and distinctive character. This wine is produced from carefully selected grapes, sourced from vineyards located in the fertile lands of Sicily, where the Mediterranean climate and passion for viticulture combine to create wines of exceptional quality.

On the nose, Charme Bianco reveals a rich and complex aromatic bouquet, with predominant notes of tropical fruits, white peach, and floral nuances that delicately intertwine with light hints of aromatic herbs and minerality. The aromatic palette is intense yet never overwhelming, promising a pleasant and stimulating olfactory experience.

On the palate, the wine presents a surprising freshness, balanced by good structure and a smoothness that envelops the mouth. The acidity is well balanced and supported by a saline minerality that leads to a long and persistent finish, marked by a return of the fruity and floral notes perceived on the nose.

Perfect to serve as an aperitif, Charme Bianco by Firriato pairs wonderfully with fish dishes, seafood, light appetizers, and fresh cheeses. It is also an excellent companion for vegetarian dishes and delicate poultry-based recipes.

The Firriato winery, renowned for its dedication to sustainability and innovation, is committed to preserving the authenticity of the Sicilian territory, making every sip of Charme Bianco a true expression of the terroir from which it originates. A wine that not only tells a story of passion and tradition but also projects itself into the future of sustainable viticulture.

Winery history
Founded as a family project by Salvatore Di Gaetano in the 1980s, Firriato has grown by expanding its presence across multiple estates in Sicily and bringing the island’s wines to international markets. The family has remained actively involved in technical supervision and brand development, over time establishing estates dedicated to production, ampelographic research and hospitality.
Production philosophy
The winery pursues an approach focused on respect for the land: careful selection of soils, promotion of local grape varieties and sustainability-focused agricultural management. Firriato declares the conversion of its vineyards to organic farming and has undertaken initiatives to offset and reduce the company's climate footprint.
Terroir and vineyards
The company's holdings are distributed across several estates that represent different terroirs: the hills of the Agro Trapanese, the slopes of Mount Etna and the maritime viticulture of the island of Favignana. The individual estates mentioned in the sources include Baglio Sorìa, Borgo Guarini, Dàgala Borromeo, Pianoro Cuddìa, Giudeo, Cavanera Etnea and Tenuta di Calamoni in Favignana.
