The Spumante Rose’ Brut - Feudi del Pisciotto is born in Sicily, a land of intense brightness and a Mediterranean climate ideal for aromatic and fresh grape varieties. This sparkling wine offers a delicate pink hue, the result of a careful selection of red berries, worked with the meticulousness of the Charmat method to preserve its liveliness and fruity notes.

On the nose, delicate scents of wild strawberries, ripe cherry, and floral hints emerge, blending with a pleasant mineral aroma. The palate is fresh, balanced, with fine bubbles that give energy and lightness, leaving a pleasant aromatic persistence.

Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs successfully with fish dishes, sushi, or light appetizers, enhancing every bite without weighing down. A delicate expression of the Sicilian spirit, ideal for those seeking elegance and freshness in a glass.
