The Gewürztraminer Valle Isarco is widely appreciated for its particular elegance and great structure, qualities that combine with the typical aroma of this important South Tyrolean vine.
It is grown between 400 and 700 meters above sea level, on terraces most exposed to the sun and well sheltered from frost, which allows it to best develop those characteristics that have led it to be one of the most popular South Tyrolean white wines. The vinification is carried out by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, with maturation on the lees always in steel, without malolactic fermentation.
When poured, it has a brilliant straw yellow colour. On the nose, the perfume is particularly elegant, with characteristic spicy and floral aromas of wild rose. On the palate it reveals the typical aroma of the vine, with a full and very structured taste.
It is perfect in combination with first courses seasoned with fish or vegetable sauces, excellent with shellfish and grilled fish. To try absolutely also with spicy and vegetarian dishes.
