The Sauvignon from the Valle Isarco is a white wine that stands out for its freshness and aromatic vivacity, traits that reflect the unmistakable terroir of this renowned viticultural area in Trentino-Alto Adige. This wine is produced from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, carefully cultivated in vineyards located in the cool alpine valleys, where the unique microclimate and mineral-rich soils provide the ideal conditions to best express the varietal qualities of this grape.

On the nose, the Sauvignon from the Valle Isarco offers an intensely aromatic bouquet, with vivid notes of passion fruit, citrus, fresh grass, and a slight touch of nettle, all indicative of the typical characteristics of Sauvignon Blanc in this particular region. The fragrance is inviting, fresh, and complex, promising an intriguing tasting experience.

On the palate, the wine presents an elegant and well-balanced structure. The acidity is lively yet harmoniously integrated, underscoring the flavors of lime, kiwi, and a subtle mineral aftertaste that lingers in the finish. Freshness is the hallmark of this wine, making it extremely enjoyable and drinkable.

The Sauvignon from the Valle Isarco is ideal as an aperitif or accompanying fish dishes, seafood, and vegetarian cuisine that includes fresh aromatic herbs. It is also an excellent pairing for spicy and savory dishes, thanks to its ability to balance richness and intensity of flavors.

This wine not only represents an excellent example of South Tyrolean white but also testifies to the unique connection between grape variety and terroir. A refined choice for those seeking a white with character and intoxicating freshness.
