The San Valentino company motto states: "good wine is born in the vineyard and is completed in the cellar", and it is precisely on the basis of this that all interventions on the plants are carried out with a single purpose: to create optimal conditions for healthy grapes and of excellent quality. Luna Nuova is a produced wine according to the directives of Organic, whose fermentation is natural in steel with indigenous yeasts, and refinement in barriques for 18/20 months.
A wine that has an intense and lively garnet red color in the glass, with slight purple hues. Inebriate and conquer the sense of smell with iintense fruity aromas of cherry, plum and blueberry, pleasantly followed by aromas floral and vegetal notes. A red with notable structure, enveloping and balanced, capable of surprising until the last sip.
Luna Nuova is soft on the palate, with well-integrated tannins and characterized by a surprising persistent finish that will certainly leave a feeling of great satisfaction and pleasure. At the table, it gives all its qualities in combination with meat, game, roasts and mature cheeses.
