The Trebbiano Bombino Riesling Rubicone IGP by Maolù, produced by Spalletti Cantine, represents an excellent interpretation of the winemaking potential of the Emilia-Romagna region. This wine is a harmonious blend of three grape varieties: Trebbiano, Bombino Bianco, and Riesling, each contributing unique characteristics that perfectly meld together.

The winemaking process follows traditional methods while keeping a keen eye on modernity to best enhance the aromatic profiles of each variety. The result is a wine with a straw yellow color, with reflections that may tend towards greenish tones, indicative of freshness and youthfulness.

On the nose, the Trebbiano Bombino Riesling Rubicone IGP surprises with its aromatic complexity. Notes of white flowers, such as jasmine and chamomile, stand out, alongside scents of fresh fruit, particularly melon and white peach. A slight hint of aromatic herbs and a delicate mineral touch further enrich the bouquet.

On the palate, the wine is balanced, with lively acidity that supports its structure and invites the next sip. The texture is smooth, almost silky, leading to a persistent and pleasantly fruity finish.

This wine pairs magnificently with light fish dishes, cold appetizers, and can be an excellent companion for a summer evening dedicated to freshness and lightness. Serve chilled, preferably between 8 and 10°C, to best appreciate its qualities.

The Trebbiano Bombino Riesling Rubicone IGP by Maolù from Spalletti Cantine is an example of how Italian winemaking tradition can continue to innovate and surprise, while always maintaining high quality standards. A refined addition to any selection of white wines in your e-commerce store.
