Production method

For the amari: cold extraction and processing of herbs, roots and leaves (cold macerations/extractions). For Gin Tony: maceration of juniper berries followed by separate distillations that combine the juniper alcoholate with the distillate of the amaro botanicals.

Ageing

Some editions (e.g. Amaro Vecio) are aged in oak casks; for Amaro Vecio a period of barrel rest is reported, with subsequent addition of grappa di Amarone in some versions.

Producer history ZeroTrenta

ZeroTrenta was created as a project by Alessandro Ortogni and Andrea Corezzola, launched in 2011. Production and commercialization are managed by Amarcor S.r.l.; the project has received recognition in international competitions, including a gold medal at the Internationaler Spirituosen Wettbewerb (ISW) in Neustadt in 2014.

Production philosophy

A search for authentic flavors using natural raw materials and herbal formulations; production of artisanal liqueurs without preservatives or artificial colorings, with attention to the quality of botanicals and processes that preserve aromatic essences.
