Presented in a 50 cl format, Amaro Gnecco is versatile: enjoy it neat, with a few ice cubes to open the aromas, or as a base for cocktails that require a well-balanced amaro. It pairs easily with dark chocolate desserts and aged cheeses, but also stands up well to pairings with dried fruit and dry pastries. A cool serving temperature and a simple glass allow you to appreciate its aromatic clarity and long finish.

Distillation
For the amari: cold processing (extractions/macerations). For Gin Tony: maceration of juniper berries and botanicals followed by separate distillations that are then combined.
Ageing
Some editions (e.g. Amaro Vecio) are aged in oak casks; for Amaro Vecio a period of barrel rest is reported, with subsequent addition of grappa di Amarone in some versions.
