This Aglianico Castel del Monte DOC from Tenuta Bocca di Lupo, presented in Jeroboam format and certified organic, offers a clear, assertive profile. The color is intense with deep reflections; on the nose there are notes of ripe red and black fruit, accompanied by earthy and spicy nuances that remain slightly restrained. On the palate the structure is sustained, with noticeable but well-integrated tannins and a balance of acidity and body that gives compactness to the sip, without excess.

It is a red with a rustic-elegant character, suitable for sharing at convivial occasions or pairing with structured dishes such as roasted meats, game and aged cheeses. The Jeroboam format makes it fitting for important dinners or moments when a bottle to share is desired. Serving temperature around 16–18 °C is recommended to appreciate its nuances; brief decanting can help open the aromatic profile without altering its identity.
