This Aglianico Castel del Monte DOC in magnum format, produced organically by Tenuta Bocca di Lupo, presents a sober and honest profile. In the glass it shows a deep, concentrated color; on the nose there are impressions of dark fruit, light earthy nuances and discreet spicy notes. On the palate it confirms structure and balanced tannins, with a texture that supports the fruit and a persistence that invites a second tasting. The organic version underlines a careful vineyard approach aimed at expressing the varietal character of Aglianico while respecting the environment.

Suggested with roasted meats, stews, game and medium-mature cheeses, this wine is also suited to sharing on convivial occasions thanks to the magnum format. It is recommended to open the bottle a short time beforehand to allow the wine to breathe and to serve it at around 16–18 °C. The magnum is convenient for those seeking a bottle to keep for a few years in the cellar or for collective consumption moments; the larger format generally favors a gentler evolution than smaller formats.
