Bocca di Lupo is an Apulian wine with an intense and vivid ruby red colour. On the nose you can perceive aromas of red fruits such as sour cherry, currant and pomegranate. To these are added subtle spicy notes of white pepper and licorice, together with balsamic hints of thyme and eucalyptus.
On the palate, the wine is elegant and structured, with tannins that are both lively and velvety. The finish is long and persistent, giving pleasant sensations of freshness and complexity. Overall, this wine promises considerable aging potential.
