The discount is automatically applied to the Cart.The grapes of this vine are harvested by hand in crates, are then gently pressed and finally left to ferment at a controlled cold temperature in steel. Upon racking, the wine is placed in steel silos to allow maturation and then bottled for refinement.
In the glass this wine has an intense red color with brilliant reflections. The nose releases notes of red fruit, from blackberry to ripe plum. On the palate it is a harmony of flavours. Decisive, intense, rich, with evident but soft tannins, and with a long and persistent finish to be savored.
At the table, it goes very well with meat-based dishes, hard pasta, summer fruit and cheese platters. A wine with an unmistakable taste that will take you back to the slopes of Vesuvius.
