The grapes of this vine are harvested by hand in boxes, then gently pressed and finally left to ferment at a controlled temperature in cold steel.
In the glass it has a straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose is pleasant and releases aromas reminiscent of Vesuvian broom, fruity tones of pineapple, banana and yellow peach. On the palate it is a harmony of flavors. Dry, savory, with an exceptional minerality due to the volcanic soils and a finish to be savored.
At the table it goes very well with hard pasta dishes, summer fruit, cheese platters and fish dishes. A wine with an unmistakable taste that will take you back to the slopes of Vesuvius.
