Pairing Desserts, pastries, blue cheeses
In the glass it displays a beautiful, bright golden yellow that already reveals its sweet character. On the nose it expresses aromas of ripe apricot, candied orange peel and acacia honey, shaded by hints of wildflowers and light notes of dried fruit. The impact is enveloping but never heavy: the sweetness is supported by lively freshness and a sapid structure that keeps the palate clean and inviting. The ripeness of the aromas is well balanced, with citrus echoes that prevent the wine from becoming cloying.

On the palate it reveals a soft, seductive texture, with a balance between sugars and acidity that extends the persistence without flattening the aromatic profiles. It is ideal as a wine for contemplation or to accompany fruit-based desserts, dry pastries and blue cheeses; it works equally well with cream desserts and dishes with a salty component. It is also well matched with traditional almond sweets and foie gras preparations, for rich and pleasing contrasts. Serve cool, around 8–10 °C, in large glasses to appreciate the aromas; perfect for those seeking an elegant, characterful sweet wine.
