This Albana Secco di Romagna DOCG Campo Mamante from Braschi is an organic white that emphasizes the clean expression of the grape and its region. Straw-yellow in color, it may show aromas of white flowers, white-fleshed fruit and a discreet hint of almond. On the palate it is medium-bodied, with balanced freshness and a light tannic texture that supports the sip without weighing it down, providing an overall sense of clarity and focus.

A wine for those seeking versatility and drinkability: pairs well with seafood starters, simply prepared fish, white meats and fresh cheeses, and works nicely as an everyday table wine. Recommended serving temperature: around 10–12 °C; open shortly before serving to appreciate the aromas. Best enjoyed in the short to medium term to preserve its natural freshness.
