The Braschi Rosato Spumante Brut expresses a savory, lively character, with a delicate pink color that beckons to the glass. On the nose it opens with aromas of small red berries, a hint of citrus and a faint floral note; the bubbles are fine and provide a creamy sensation without weighing it down. On the palate it is fresh and linear, with good acidity and a light structure that supports the sip, while a pleasant saline finish adds lift and cleanliness. The persistence is moderate, with fruity echoes that linger on the finish.

Ready to drink yet well balanced, it is suitable as an aperitif and perfect with fish dishes, summer salads or preparations featuring crustaceans and delicate white meats; it also fits informal occasions such as brunches and buffets. Serve chilled in a wide glass to showcase the aromas and perlage; the organic certification reinforces its appeal for mindful consumption, ideal with simple dishes and fresh ingredients.
