Amaro Gamba di Legno di Cevico presents a clear, well-defined character: on the nose herbaceous and balsamic notes emerge, a touch of citrus peel and an undercurrent of bitter roots that give depth without weighing it down. The taste is balanced between moderate sweetness and a well-integrated bitterness, with a warm, rounded structure that supports the sip; the persistence is good and leaves pleasantly bitter memories that invite another taste. The tannic texture is minimal, with a pleasant softness on the finish that mellows the bitterness.

It works well as a digestif after a meal, served neat or with a few ice cubes to open the aromas; it’s also an interesting option in cocktails where bitterness should remain the protagonist, or paired with dark chocolate and dried fruit for a successful contrast.
