Amaro Gentile presents itself as an amaro with a discreet, well-balanced character: on the nose it offers an aromatic profile of herbs and citrus peels, with a barely perceptible sweet undertone that softens the structure. The sip is smooth, with a gentle bitter component that blends with a fresh sapidity; the body remains light yet present, suitable for those seeking an unobtrusive after-dinner drink. The 70 cl bottle, boxed, is an elegant, composed package that makes it easy to offer as a gift or for presentation.

On the palate it confirms the gentle character promised by the name: the bitterness is soft, the flavor profile balanced and the finish of medium length without aggressive peaks. It serves well as a digestif at the end of a meal, but works equally well over ice or as an ingredient in cocktails that call for balance rather than power. Excellent with dry pastries, a small square of dark chocolate or with aged cheeses; serve chilled to highlight its pleasant freshness.
