The Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo in amphora from Cirelli shows a lively color tending toward bright cherry pink. The aromatic profile, immediate and honest, recalls fresh red fruit, a few notes of small flowers and a hint of citrus peel; the use of the amphora adds a subtle mineral texture and a sense of cleanliness that keeps the sip compact without weighing it down. It is a wine that favors linearity and drinkability, with a direct character rather than over-elaboration.

On the palate it proves agile, supported by fresh acidity and a sapid note that lengthens the drink; the body is medium, with a very light tannic caress that provides structure without closing off the fruit. Balanced finish with good persistence, ideal to accompany fish dishes, seafood salads, light pastas or not overly aged cured meats. Serve chilled to appreciate its vivacity — excellent for those looking for a rosé with personality and easy food pairing.
