Pairing White meats, spicy dishes, aged cheeses
Of a luminous amber color, it reveals on the nose a complex but sincere texture: ripe-fleshed fruit, dried citrus peel and light notes of aromatic herbs mingle with tisane-like nuances and a hint of hazelnut. The sip is tactile and dry, with gentle tannins that recall skin contact, supported by a balancing freshness; its sapidity and persistence make the wine flavorful without weighing it down. It feels dense on the palate yet well balanced, with a finish that invites a second sip.

It pairs well with structured but not excessive dishes: whole grains, medium-aged cheeses, boldly flavored fish or spiced grilled vegetables; it can also stand up to richer preparations or cut through the fattiness of light fried foods. Serve cool in a large glass to encourage aromatic expression; leaving it in the glass for a few minutes highlights its development and makes it interesting both at the table and on its own, for a contemplative tasting.
