Cevico's Anice presents a clear, distinctive aromatic profile, where anise expresses itself with a decisive presence without dominating heavily. On the nose, warm notes of licorice and spicy hints emerge, while on the palate the beverage shows a velvety texture and a sweetness balanced by good freshness; the structure is clean, the drink goes down smoothly and the persistence emphasizes bitter and balsamic tones that leave the sip crisp. The overall sensation is enveloping yet dry, a balance that makes it pleasant even at the end of a meal.

It is naturally suited as a digestif served chilled, but it also finds its place in aromatic blends and in bartending as a component that adds character.
