Bordiga Absinthe, produced in the historic Piedmont distillery, stands out for its refined composition and the long tradition that accompanies its creation.

Made according to a classic recipe, Bordiga absinthe combines a careful selection of botanicals, including the great variety of wormwoods, aromatic herbs, and spices, in a complex and enveloping aromatic balance. The distillation takes place in traditional alembics that preserve the purity and intensity of the essential oils, giving the final product structure and depth.

The result is a distillate with the characteristic emerald green color, with an intense and penetrating bouquet where herbaceous and minty notes alternate with a slightly bitter floral component.

On the palate, it reveals a full and persistent flavor, ideal for those who appreciate aromatic liqueurs with a strong personality. Traditionally consumed diluted with iced water, it is also suitable for classic and creative cocktails, especially enhancing pairings with chocolate-based desserts or dry pastries. Bordiga Absinthe best embodies Italian artisanal excellence in the world of aromatic distillates.
