The Aurora Greco Sannio DOC 2023 produced by Terre Stregate is a white wine that captures the elegance and freshness of the Greco grape variety, typical of the Sannio region in Campania. This wine presents itself with a bright straw-yellow color, offering an intense aromatic bouquet on the nose, where notes of white-fleshed fruit, such as pear and peach, are enriched by floral nuances and a slight mineral touch.

On the palate, the Aurora Greco Sannio DOC 2023 showcases extraordinary freshness and lively acidity, balanced by good structure. The flavors echo the olfactory sensations, with added hints of citrus and a slight fresh herb note, blending into a persistent and pleasantly harmonious finish.

This wine is ideal to be served chilled, as an aperitif or paired with seafood dishes, shellfish, and fresh cheeses. Its versatility makes it an excellent companion for Asian cuisine as well, thanks to its ability to balance intense and spicy flavors. A true example of how the terroir of Sannio can express itself through a grape variety with extraordinary potential.
