The Svelato Falanghina Sannio DOC 2023 from Terre Stregate is an excellent example of how a white wine can express both freshness and complexity at the same time. Produced in the fertile lands of Sannio, Falanghina is an indigenous grape variety enjoying growing admiration for its distinctive aromatic profile and elegant structure.

This wine showcases a bright and lively straw-yellow color. On the nose, it boasts an intriguing bouquet, rich in notes of tropical fruits such as pineapple and mango, enriched by nuances of white flowers and a slight mineral touch. The olfactory balance is supported by a fresh acidity that introduces an equally vibrant and persistent palate.

Ideal for accompanying fish dishes, seafood, and fresh cheeses, the Svelato Falanghina Sannio DOC 2023 is also a delightful companion for relaxing aperitifs. The ability of this wine to combine freshness and structure makes it excellent to enjoy young, but also capable of elegantly evolving for a few years in the bottle.
