The Barolo DOCG from Domenico Clerico presents itself as a red wine with character, whose depth invites a measured approach. In the glass it shows a clear color and an aromatic complexity ranging from red fruits to spicy notes and light earthy nuances; the aromatic profile evolves with oxygenation, revealing layered scents. On the palate it is structured, with clearly perceptible tannins that provide support, while acidity balances the body and promotes a prolonged gustatory persistence. To appreciate its completeness, it is suggested to open the bottle in advance or decant it before serving.

It pairs with savory dishes of traditional cuisine and with meat-based preparations and structured cheeses, but also suits moments of contemplative tasting. Serve at a controlled temperature in large glasses to enhance the aromas; store in a cool place with stable humidity. For those who wish, it is advisable to monitor its development in the cellar to observe changes over time.
