The Barolo DOCG "Monrobiolo di Bussia" from the Bric Cenciurio winery embodies the essence of Piedmont in every sip, representing one of the finest expressions of Nebbiolo. Located in the prestigious Barolo area, the Bussia vineyard is known for its unique terroir, which imparts remarkable complexity to the wine.

The aging of 24 months in oak barrels, followed by further refinement in the bottle, allows this Barolo to develop a rich and intensely aromatic bouquet, where notes of cherry, tobacco, and sweet spices stand out, with a backdrop of faded rose and wet earth. On the palate, its robust structure emerges, characterized by well-integrated tannins and a persistent freshness that promises excellent aging potential.

Perfectly served at a temperature of around 18°C, this Barolo pairs splendidly with intense dishes like braised meats, truffles, and aged cheeses. A true gem for wine lovers, it aims to offer a tasting experience deeply connected to the traditions and terroir of this renowned wine region. The "Monrobiolo di Bussia" is, without a doubt, an exemplar of how care and passion can be transformed into an extraordinary glass of wine.
