Barolo DOCG - Terlo Vigna Costa Grimaldi - Poderi Luigi Einaudi is a wine that embodies the perfect harmony between the Piedmont winemaking tradition and oenological innovation, marking the highest expression of the quality and dedication of Poderi Luigi Einaudi. This prestigious label comes from the specific "Costa Grimaldi" vineyard located in the renowned MGA (Additional Geographical Mention) of Terlo, a terroir of particular value for the cultivation of Nebbiolo, the symbolic vine of the region.

Poderi Luigi Einaudi, founded in 1897 by Luigi Einaudi, future President of the Italian Republic, represent one of the most respected and historically significant realities of the Piedmontese wine scene. The company is today committed to maintaining high quality standards, through sustainable agricultural practices and an oenological approach that respects the fruit and enhances its varietal characteristics.

Barolo Terlo Vigna Costa Grimaldi has a deep garnet red color, a sign of a wine with structure and intensity. On the nose, it opens with a complex and seductive bouquet, where notes of ripe red fruits, cherries and plums stand out, together with nuances of dried flowers, tobacco, spices and a light mineral touch, which reflects the richness of the Terlo terroir.

In the mouth, the wine reveals great elegance and a solid tannic structure, perfectly integrated with the natural acidity of Nebbiolo. The rich and layered flavors evolve into a long and persistent finish, characterized by a notable aromatic complexity and a balance that testifies to the excellence of the work in the vineyard and in the cellar.

Perfect in combination with intense and structured dishes, such as grilled red meats, braised meats, truffle-based dishes and aged cheeses, Barolo DOCG Terlo Vigna Costa Grimaldi is also an excellent meditation wine, which lends itself to long ageing, promising to evolve and enrich itself with new nuances over the years.
