The Bianchello del Metauro Fortunae DOC from Umani Ronchi offers a bright, restrained profile with a straw-yellow color and green highlights. The nose shows notes of white flowers, green apple and a hint of aromatic herbs, on a mineral background that adds precision. On the palate it is balanced: the acidity supports a slender structure, the body remains light but present, and the finish retains a pleasant salinity. The fruity elements are unobtrusive, leaving room for discreet freshness and a citrus return.

It is suited to immediate consumption, pairing naturally with delicate seafood dishes, light soups, seafood salads and fresh cheeses. It also works well for aperitifs that call for a not overly assertive drink. Serve chilled, around 8–10 °C, in not too large glasses to highlight its aromatic finesse. For those who wish, try it with preparations featuring Mediterranean herbs that enhance its savory component.
