The Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Superiore DOC - Casal di Serra - Umani Ronchi represents one of the most refined examples of Verdicchio produced in the renowned Marche region. Made by Umani Ronchi winery, known for its dedication to quality and the use of sustainable agricultural techniques, this wine stands out for its elegant character and extraordinary aromatic complexity.

Casal di Serra is a white wine that comes from vineyards located in the highest hills of the Castelli di Jesi area, where the specific microclimate is ideal for the maturation of the grapes. The winemaking practices follow a strict respect for tradition, but with a keen eye on modern innovations that can enhance the quality of the wine.

In the glass, the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Superiore DOC appears with a bright straw-yellow color, sometimes with greenish reflections. On the nose, the bouquet is complex and expressive, with dominant notes of white pulp fruit such as pear and apple, followed by nuances of white flowers and a light mineral vein. On the finish, delicate hints of almond and aromatic herbs can be detected, adding depth.

On the palate, the wine is fresh and well-balanced, with good acidity that brings liveliness and a long-lasting flavor persistence. The structure is harmonious, and the aftertaste leaves a pleasantly almondy sensation that invites another sip.

This Verdicchio is an excellent choice to accompany light starters, dishes based on fish or seafood, and it can be an elegant pairing for risottos and vegetarian dishes. Thanks to its elegant complexity, it is also perfect to enjoy on its own as a sophisticated aperitif.

Serve chilled, at a temperature of about 8-10°C, to fully appreciate its characteristics.
