The Rosso Conero Riserva - Cùmaro DOCG by Umani Ronchi is a jewel in the Marche winemaking landscape, demonstrating how the land and passion can merge to create products of extraordinary expressiveness and quality. Made exclusively with Montepulciano grapes, selected from the best vineyards in the Conero area, this reserve wine expresses the essence of its terroir.

Visually, the Cùmaro presents a deep, almost impenetrable ruby red color, with purplish hints that suggest its youth and vibrancy. On the nose, it unveils an intense and complex bouquet: notes of ripe red fruits like cherries and plums are combined with spicy sensations of vanilla and black pepper, a result of aging in wood.

On the palate, the wine reveals a solid and well-balanced structure. The tannins are robust yet finely crafted, harmoniously integrating with a freshness that invites another sip. The finish is long and persistent, with an aftertaste that recalls the spices and fruitiness detected on the nose.

Aged in barrique for 12 months and then in the bottle for an additional 12 months, the Rosso Conero Riserva Cùmaro is a wine that can be enjoyed young but also has great aging potential. Ideal for pairing with hearty dishes such as roasts, game, and aged cheeses, this wine is a tribute to the richness and diversity of Marche.

The attention to detail and dedication in production make it not just a wine, but a complete sensory experience, a symbol of excellence and quality in the Italian wine universe.
