A white from the Rubicone with a fresh, direct character: in the glass it offers citrus and white-fleshed fruit aromas, accompanied by light floral notes that make it immediate and pleasant. The palate is lean but balanced, with a good acidic backbone that supports the drink without weighing it down; a savory finish keeps it interesting beyond the first glass, suitable for those looking for an everyday wine that isn’t banal.

The profile is solid, clean and instantly approachable, ideal for those who appreciate a lively yet measured white. The 5‑liter Bag in Box format by Scarabocchio is practical and designed for convivial consumption: convenient for the everyday table, small gatherings or for anyone who likes to keep a steady supply at home. Serve chilled; it pairs well with appetizers, light fish dishes, salads and simple first courses, but also stands up to fried foods and vegetable-based preparations. A versatile option for those who favor relaxed drinking without sacrificing clarity and balance.
