Scarabocchio Bianco Rubicone IGT presents a bright, straw-coloured appearance, with an aromatic profile that plays between white flowers and light‑fleshed fruit, and a citrus note that gives it lift. On the palate it shows a good balance between freshness and softness: the acidity is lively but never aggressive, the texture is lean and well defined, with a sapidity that supports the finish. Of medium-light body, the structure holds up well even with saltier pairings; the persistence leaves a pleasant trace that invites the next sip.

It’s an easy-drinking white, suitable for aperitivo but capable of accompanying light seafood dishes, composed salads and fresh cheeses; its dynamic character also makes it enjoyable with dishes based on grilled vegetables or everyday cooking. Perfect for informal dinners but also for more carefully composed menus where delicacy should not overwhelm the dish; serve chilled, around 10-12 °C, in a glass that is not too large to appreciate its freshness and aromatic clarity.
