An elegant expression of Franciacorta DOCG from Tenuta Montenisa and Marchese Antinori, this Blanc de Blancs in Jeroboam format shows fine bubbles and a sensory profile that favors freshness and refinement. On the nose there are delicate aromas of white flowers and citrus peel, accompanied by light notes of toasted bread and a subtle minerality; the palate is slender yet savory, with good acidity that supports the structure and provides persistence without weighing it down. The finesse of the perlage and the overall balance make it immediately enjoyable but also suitable for short-term cellaring.

The Jeroboam format in a wooden case makes it ideal for celebrations or as a valuable gift: the large bottle offers a striking presence and a slower evolution of the perlage when pouring. Serve well chilled, preferably in flûtes or narrow coupes, and pair with seafood appetizers, shellfish and sushi or with fresh cheeses; it also works well as an aperitif wine for formal occasions.
