Elegant and measured, this Blanc de Blancs Franciacorta DOCG from Tenuta Montenisa of Marchese Antinori — offered in the Mathusalem format and presented in a wooden case — reveals a refined, linear personality. The profile opens with notes of fresh citrus, green apple and white flowers, with an underpinning of just-toasted bread that supports the complexity without weighing it down. On the palate it is sapid and lively, with balanced acidity and a delicate structure: the fine perlage lends smoothness while the finish remains pleasant and well balanced.

Designed for important moments and as a gift, the large format amplifies the wine’s substance, offering an elegant development in the glass; the wooden case enhances its presentation. Serve chilled, in a flute or sparkling wine glass; it pairs well with seafood appetizers, shellfish and light fish dishes, as well as fresh cheeses and herb-based preparations. A Franciacorta of understated finesse, suited to those seeking purity, sapidity and a pleasant continuity of flavour.
