The "Oltrepò Pavese Bonarda Vivace DOC - Viti di Luna - Francesco Montagna" is a sparkling red wine that entices the palate with its liveliness and unique freshness. Originating from the hills of the marvelous Oltrepò Pavese region, this Bonarda is the result of careful and meticulous grape selection work, cultivated specifically to enhance the typical characteristics of the grape variety.

The color is a deep and bright red, crossed with violet reflections that herald its youth and vibrancy. The effervescence is delicate yet persistent, a perfect prelude to a sip that reveals a full vitality. On the nose, the wine displays a varied bouquet where fruity aromas of blackberry, plum, and a slight spicy note reminiscent of licorice and black pepper stand out.

In the mouth, the "Oltrepò Pavese Bonarda Vivace DOC - Viti di Luna - Francesco Montagna" presents with a sparkling attack, which immediately gives way to the fullness of the fruit. The freshness is well balanced by the softness of the tannins, making this wine surprisingly harmonious. The taste persistence is long and pleasantly fruity, with a finish that returns to the slightly spicy notes perceived on the nose.

This wine is ideal to be served with dishes from traditional Italian cuisine, a perfect accompaniment to cured meats, semi-mature cheeses, and red meat dishes. Even slightly spicier dishes find a valiant companion in Bonarda thanks to its sparkling and lively character.

Francesco Montagna's Bonarda, with its "Viti di Luna" line, continues to be an authentic expression of the Oltrepò Pavese territory, a wine that carries within it the passion and winemaking tradition of an area rich in oenological history.
