The exclusive Pinot Nero DOC - Blanc de Noir by Francesco Montagna is a celebration of Italian winemaking refinement and excellence. Produced with meticulous care on hills renowned for quality viticulture, this sparkling wine is a true testament to the region's traditions and innovations.

The purity of the Pinot Nero, vinified in white, brings this Blanc de Noir sparkling wine to life, characterized by a soft straw-yellow color with bright reflections. On the nose, one can perceive delicate aromas of white flowers, citrus, and notes of fresh bread, thanks to a meticulous process of fermentation and maturation in the bottle, which follows the rigorous traditional method.

On the palate, elegance takes center stage. The attack is lively and fresh, with a very fine perlage that dances lightly, carrying flavors of green apple, white peach, and a slight hint of almond. This complexity melds harmoniously with a well-balanced acidity, giving the wine a balanced structure and a remarkable taste persistence.

The Pinot Nero DOC Spumante by Francesco Montagna is ideal for celebrating festive moments or toasting a special occasion. It pairs perfectly with light starters, fish or as an aperitif. Its refinement also makes it an excellent companion for sushi and sashimi dishes, enhancing the delicate flavors of fresh fish.

Ultimately, this sparkling wine represents a choice of great class for wine lovers looking for a distinctive product capable of offering a memorable and elegant tasting experience.
