Sangue di Giuda, produced by the acclaimed Francesco Montagna winery, is a sparkling red wine originating from the captivating region of Oltrepò Pavese. This designation is renowned for its unique terroir, which imparts a distinctive and highly appreciated quality to its wines.

The Francesco Montagna Sangue di Giuda is distinguished by its intense ruby red color with violet highlights, a clear indication of its liveliness. On the nose, it opens with a lush bouquet of ripe red fruits such as cherry and strawberry, enhanced by delicate floral hints and a light spiciness that adds complexity.

On the palate, the wine displays an extraordinary harmony between sweetness and acidity, making it pleasantly fresh and balanced. The fine bubbles enhance the soft texture and make Sangue di Giuda particularly enjoyable on the palate. The aftertaste is persistent, with a pleasant memory of fresh fruit that invites another sip.

Served chilled, it is the ideal accompaniment for regional dishes such as cured meats and cheeses, but it also pairs excellently with spoon desserts and fresh fruit. Sangue di Giuda by Francesco Montagna is an authentic expression of Oltrepò Pavese, perfect for those who wish to explore sparkling wines with character and tradition.
