The Bramito della Sala presents itself as a white wine with good character, produced under the Umbria IGT by Castello della Sala. In the glass it shows a luminous straw-yellow colour and aromatic impressions ranging from white flowers to notes of white-fleshed fruit, with a hint of fresh herbs and a delicate mineral nuance. The palate entry is pleasant and taut, with a structure that supports sapidity and freshness without excess; the progression shows balance between softness and liveliness, finishing clean and agreeable.

It is best served chilled and lends itself to versatile pairings: seafood starters, simple fish dishes, vegetables and light preparations based on grains or legumes, as well as fresh cheeses or lightly seasoned pasta. Ideal serving temperature around 8–10 °C. It is a white suited both to informal moments and to lunches where a wine with character but restraint is sought, accompanying without overpowering the flavours.
