A classic Barolo, made from the Nebbiolo grape, that immediately shows a defined personality without being harsh. In the glass it appears bright with garnet reflections; on the nose it opens with withered rose petals, ripe cherry and light earthy notes, followed by cedar, sweet tobacco and a hint of delicate spices. On the palate it is austere but balanced: present tannins, well intertwined with a freshness that supports the structure, while the body develops into a savory and pleasant persistence.

It presents a style that reconciles substance and refinement, suitable for those who seek depth rather than immediate impressions. It should be allowed to breathe before serving, especially if still young, and pairs naturally with long-cooked dishes — braises, roasts, stews — and aged cheeses; it is also a wine for contemplation for those who appreciate evolution over time. Recommended temperature around 16–18 °C and, if possible, a few hours of decanting to appreciate its complexity.
