Pairing Red meats, game, aged cheeses

We are talking about true excellence in terms of wine. A true masterpiece. A bottle of great beauty and rarity that connoisseurs and enthusiasts will certainly want to have in their private collection.

A balanced, structured, velvety and complex red. A non-invasive red that invites you to sip. Extraordinary in all respects. It enchants the eye with its intense ruby red colour. On the nose it has an important alcoholic impact; elegant nuances of small red fruits, wild herbs and rose petals, licorice and tobacco stand out, with dusty and mineral hints. On the palate it proves to be "aristocratic", gentle, with velvety tannins and already beautifully balanced, albeit with incredible aging potential.

A bottle not only to collect, but certainly to be tasted and thus be able to enjoy the wonderful organoleptic notes it possesses. An exceptional vintage to pair with noble meat dishes and not particularly aged cheeses, on the occasion of an important lunch or dinner, for an experience certainly to remember.
