The Brut Millesimato of Borgo dei Posseri represents an excellence of the Trentino area, an authentic expression of the denomination Trento DOC. Obtained exclusively from selected Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grapes grown in vineyards located at high altitudes, this sparkling wine encapsulates the freshness and minerality typical of the Alpine territory.

The sparkling is developed according to the classic method, with a long aging on the lees that imparts complexity and finesse. In the glass, it presents a fine and persistent perlage, while on the nose it opens with aromas of white-fleshed fruit, such as apple and pear, accompanied by delicate floral notes and a hint of bread crust. The taste is balanced, lively, with a vibrant acidity that balances an elegant sapidity and a finish of good persistence.

Perfect as an aperitif, this Brut Millesimato pairs excellently with delicate fish dishes, shellfish, and refined appetizers, enhancing every sip with its refined freshness and distinctive character of Trentino.
