The Brut Millesimato Borgo dei Posseri, an authentic interpretation of the Trento DOC denomination, is a sparkling wine of extraordinary character and finesse. Produced in the renowned Trentino area, it mainly enhances the Chardonnay grape variety, typical of the region, cultivated with dedication and respect for the mountainous territory. The traditional bottle fermentation ensures very fine bubbles and a balanced structure, while the long aging on lees adds complexity and depth to the bouquet.

On the nose, it offers elegant scents of bread crust, toasted almond, and fresh white-fleshed fruit, with mineral nuances reminiscent of wet stone and freshly cut grass. On the palate, it delivers a fresh, vibrant taste, supported by a pleasant acidity that invites the next sip and reveals a creamy and enveloping texture. The Magnum version, besides being a collector’s item, allows for slower and more harmonious maturation, enhancing the organoleptic complexity of the wine.

Ideal to accompany seafood appetizers, shellfish, and fish-based dishes, this Brut Millesimato fully expresses the elegance and refinement of Trentino sparkling wines.
