Buiano Chianti Classico DOCG Gran Selezione from Marchesi Antinori is a red wine that reflects the restraint and care of a long-standing production. It presents a rich yet measured aromatic profile: hints of small red fruits, notes of cherry and blackberry, delicate spicy nuances and light floral undertones. On the palate it shows good balance between structure and acidity, well-integrated tannins and a persistence that invites a second sip without being intrusive.

It pairs with characterful dishes: roasted or grilled red meats, flavorful ragùs, game prepared without excessive spices and medium- to long-aged cheeses. Before serving, it is advisable to open the bottle some time in advance or decant it to encourage the opening of the aromas; the ideal serving temperature is around 16–18 °C. It offers a contemporary expression but also the possibility of revisiting it in subsequent years to observe its evolution.
