A wine that is produced exclusively with grapes from the cellar, of quality and cultivated in compliance with the biological balance of the vineyard, through low production yields per vine. The result is a reduction in the environmental impact given the low use of fertilizers and pesticides, and a great benefit to grape quality and life.
Winemaking is classic in red with maceration and fermentation on the skin until all sugars are used up, at temperatures around 25 °. The aaging is in steel tanks, and bottling is done no earlier than 12 months after the grapes are harvested.
To calyx if it has color intense ruby red. On the nose the bouquet is elegant and not at all insistent, with gentle and typical hints of red fruits and spices. In the mouth it is well balanced, the tannins are not aggressive and therefore expresses a persistent and ample taste.
A "classic" red which with its perfect balance between acidity and flavor gives a drink of quality and goodness. At the table it goes perfectly with courses of white and red meats, medium-aged cheeses and first courses with ragù sauce.
